Do you remember when people said life begins at 40? Now you'll hear them say life begins at 50. Well neither of these is true life begins when you want it to. But to really appreciate life to the full you need to be fit and active. Thats what we hope to help you with.

When I was in my early twenties I used to run long distances competitivly on a weekly basis. If I say so myself I was pretty good and was lucky enought to represent my Army regiment in a number of events. Then I got married, had kids left the army , got a desk job and before you knew it I was 40 with a middle age spread, finding it more and more difficult to walk up stairs and steep hills. It wasn't that I was lazy or constantly over ate it was because I just didn't bother to do anything to keep fit.

That was a few years ago I am now 60 lbs lighter, I can run a marathon and I can cycle 100 miles in a day, in fact I am now probably in better shape than I was when I was running competitivly. If I can do it so can you!! I still enjoy all the foods I used to eat but i've now got into the habit of finding the time to complete a great Exercise routine.

I did have a few false starts when it came to getting fit some of the things I tried either plain didn't work or were just not well enough put to gether to keep me enthuiastic and some just plain didn't address the needs of these old bones!!.

Within this site you'll find various reviews of products that will help us mid lifers get and stay fit. It's not easy don't think it is for a moment but the hardest bit is getting into a routine. if you can get into a simple routine over the period of 7 -10 days you are well on the way to getting fit.

I am in my later 40's and feel the same way. I continue to lift weights, run and enjoy life to its fullest. I believe my diet and supplementation also helps!
